Somatic boundary practices — push, stop, no — done as body exercises before they're relational skills.
Exercises (5–10 min)
- Hands out, palms facing away — say / think 'stop' on exhale
- Push into a partner's hands (or wall) — matched pressure
- Walk toward and away — notice preferred distance
- Say 'no' out loud at increasing volume
- Ground and orient after
