Sexual Intimacy Check-In
Quarterly (or monthly) — because usually one partner knows for months first

A quarterly (or monthly) check-in about the sexual and physical part of the relationship. Removes the assumption that "if there's a problem I'd know" — because usually one person knows for months before the other does.

The conversation IS the intimacy
Couples who can talk plainly about sex have better sex. Practice the talking part on purpose — it's the practice.
