Inner Child Wounds Map
Five themes, five beliefs, five patterns

Five common wound themes, mapped to the belief they left and the adult pattern they run. Recognition first, repair second.
Abandonment
“People leave.” Clinging, testing, leaving first, difficulty being alone.
Rejection
“I am too much.” Shrinking, hiding needs, pre-emptive apology.
Neglect
“Nobody comes.” Over-functioning, self-reliance that refuses help.
Enmeshment
“My feelings are not mine.” Guilt at separateness, no felt sense of preference.
Injustice
“It is never fair.” Rage at small slights, rigidity, chronic vigilance for wrongdoing.
