Session structure (60–90 min max)
- One zone at a time — measured in square feet, not rooms
- Categories: keep, donate, discard, undecided (max 10%)
- Undecided pile leaves the house within 48 hours
- No re-acquisition for 30 days
- Photograph, don't keep, sentimental items
