Mindful Observer Self
The you who has been noticing your whole life

Self-as-context practice. The 'you' who noticed you were scared at 6, at 16, at 36 — is the same you. That noticing-self is a stable ground.
A time in childhood I remember noticing something
A time in adolescence I remember noticing something
A recent moment of noticing
What's the same in all three?
The observer never breaks
Content changes. The one observing the content doesn't. That's the stable ground ACT calls self-as-context.
