Microaggression Log
Fourteen days makes the pattern unarguable

Small incidents are hard to work with because each one, alone, looks arguable. Logged across a fortnight, the pattern stops being arguable — and the client stops having to hold it in memory alone.
Cheapest in the moment, costs later if it accumulates unspoken. Legitimate when safety or energy is limited.
Sometimes changes the behaviour, always costs energy and can carry consequences depending on the setting.
More control over wording and timing. Useful when the relationship has to continue.
For patterned or professional harm. Documenting is a protective act, not an accusation.
The point is choice, not confrontation
Any of the four is clinically fine. What harms is having only one available. Rehearsing two responses widens the range without obliging the client to educate anyone.
