  • Sleep dropping below 7 hours and I feel fine
  • Racing thoughts / talking faster
  • New ideas, new plans, new projects
  • Increased spending or online orders
  • Increased libido, texts, DMs
  • Irritability with people who slow me down
My pre-agreed brakes
  • PRN medication as prescribed
  • Sleep protocol — no exceptions, meds if needed
  • Cards / online purchases handed to a trusted person
  • Driving restrictions
  • No new commitments for 2 weeks
  • Therapist / prescriber contact within 24 hours
