Anxiety is maintained by a small ecosystem: avoidance, safety behaviors, reassurance, worry, and sleep/lifestyle patterns. Naming the loop is what makes the interventions land.

You don't have to fix everything. Cut one link — usually avoidance — and the whole loop weakens.
