Inner Child Dialogue
A two-sided conversation with the younger part still carrying the hurt

A guided conversation with the younger part of you that's still carrying an old hurt. Not regression — just paying attention to the part of you that learned to expect what you no longer have to expect.
A moment from then
A memory or pattern that still echoes — roughly how old you were, and what was happening
What that child felt
In the body, in the chest, in the gut.
What that child needed
Comfort, safety, protection, words, presence, the truth.
What I'd say now
Speak to that child the way you'd speak to a child you love. No clichés — just true.
What that child wants you to know
Let yourself listen. Write whatever surfaces, even if it's small.
How that child shows up now
Triggers, reactions, patterns in relationships, the inner critic's tone.
What I'll do this week
A small, concrete way of meeting the need now that wasn't met then.
