Diabulimia — Insulin & Behaviors Log
Joint endocrine + ED tracking with DKA warning signs

Diabulimia — restricting or omitting insulin in Type 1 diabetes to lose weight — has one of the highest mortality rates in psychiatric medicine. Treatment requires a joint endocrine + ED team. This log is for use with that team: it tracks insulin, glucose, ED behaviors, and DKA warning signs in one place.

This is a medical emergency category
Insulin omission for weight loss is not something to work on alone. It requires simultaneous endocrine care, ED treatment, and a support person who knows the DKA signs. Use this log with the team, not instead of the team.
