Why the body
Emotions show up in the body before we have words for them. A tight chest is information. A heavy gut is information. Naming the sensation — not the story about it — slows everything down.
How to use it
Once a day for a week. You'll start to see patterns — certain situations land in certain places. That's the beginning of being able to catch a feeling before it catches you.

Nothing you tap here is saved or sent anywhere. This page is free to use and share — therapists often send it to clients between sessions.
