Eight Self-energy practices, 3–10 minutes each. Filter by family. Match the practice to what the client needs between sessions — unblending for blended-up systems, body for in-the-head clients.
Unblending
When a part has fully taken over and you can't find any distance.
When attention is locked onto someone or something outside you and a part is fully steering.
Breath
Beginning of session, start of day, or before a hard conversation.
Acute activation — a part is loud and you need a fast reset before approaching it.
Visualization
When you can't sense Self at all and the system feels like only parts.
When two parts are polarized and pulling you in different directions.
Body
When you're in your head, looping, and can't access Self through thinking.
When a young part is close to the surface and needs to feel held.
Walk the steps with the client in-session, or use as a guide for the client to run between sessions. Tap each step as you complete it.
Track the practice's effect. Use 0–10 ratings before and after, and check any of the 8 C's the client can sense post-practice.
Mark whether this practice goes into the client's between-session kit and add a clinical note.
