Task breakdown + dopamine pairing for ADHD brains

ADHD brains don't run on "should." They run on novelty, urgency, interest, and reward. Take one task that's been sitting there, slice it into next-actions small enough for a tired brain to start, and pair the moment of completion with a real dopamine hit.

Rule of thumb: if a step takes more than 15 minutes, slice it again. The first step should be small enough to start without thinking.
